Xiaomi is all set to launch its next smartphone in India, the Redmi Note 9 in an online launch event on July 20. The company has already revealed some information about the smartphone as the company has already launched the Redmi Note 9 in other markets around the globe.
This device is ready to join its member of the Note 9 series which includes Note 9, Note 9 Pro and Note 9 pro max. It is worth noting that during the launch of other Note 9 devices, Xiaomi confirmed the launch of Note 9 and also, in addition, the device is already launched in other markets around the globe.

We are already aware of the expected specification as the device has already been launched in other markets and also some new information surfaced on the internet regarding the specification of the Indian version. According to Gizmochina‘s report, it looks like the company may not launch Note 9 with 3 GB RAM.
As per the company, it did launch the Note 9 with 3 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage in the global market and the company also launched a 4 GB RAM variant as well. It is most likely that the company will launch its 4 GB RAM variant only in the Indian market.
The company also noted in addition that they may also launch a second variant of the device as well with 6 GB RAM as this option will offer more options to the users depending on their needs and also it is interesting that the company did not launch any rumoured 6 GB RAM variant in the global market.
The Redmi Note 9 will run on MediaTek Helio G85 SoC along with a quad-camera setup at the back and will likely feature a 6.53-inch display with DotDisplay design and FHD+ resolution. The smartphone will come with a 48-megapixel primary sensor on the setup and lastly, it will feature an 18W fast charging technology with a 5,2020 mAh battery.
